Made a Major Move!!!! So I took a chance tossed the dice and right now things are alright!! I’m Now in Naples FL. So mayb you wondered what’s good? I think at some point we all have to figure out what in life we really want…what do we really want to do with this gift of life we have been given? I needed a break that didn’t even know I needed. I feel so Zen right now…my life has taken on a very magical effect, I am humbled I know it aint me…so to say that is “Making It Happen” people will tell you that all the time to make you go crazy…you gotta work really hard…you gotta be tested…you gotta do this do that, but it’s no guarantee that your actions will lead you to where u want. I say sometimes those “setbacks” just lead you to the place you truly want not what you think you want…
Does that make sense? I have had waaaay to many coincidences not not know for me this is my truth.
I enjoy having a foul mouth, Yet I don’t have a foul personality I have morals, beliefs and I want to be known for being Me not what a black girl should be, not what a single mom should be, not what a good daughter should be or a good spouse..I want to be me. Warts and All…Silly ass observations like when I get happy looking at birds flying over my head…My Joy as I look at the Moon in the sky, The energy that courses thru me when I’m in front of a crowd making people laugh at life.. I thank you for joining me on my journey even if it’s just in spirit.

Sometimes you gotta go thru hell to get to heaven…. I heard Maino say that today on this new show that followed the MTV VMA’s…got me to thinking. Yes I guess that is true. The feelings I have been dealing with for the past few years now that I have decided to walk on my own become a brand a hostess with the most-tess. Not knowing there would be so many dark days where your brain says WTF are you doing?? Get a job!! Fuck your dreams get a steady check now. Yet my heart screams…NO!!! The commercial world is preparing for you. Everything is right on track every great has been where I am right now. So with that being said I’mma bust out alot of spirit and Keep Going!! You Too!!!!

So after so much needed time off I needed a few days…nice and filled up with some energy!!!

a memory ran thru my mind. When I was in high school we had a celeb basketball game with Alfonso Rivera (carlton from fresh prince), Mark paul gosslier?? (zack from saved by the bell) soleil moon fry (punky brewster) and some others but I didnt care about them ..I had to use the bathroom at the same time Punky was in there and her security was like she’s in there you cant go in yet I was like look I need to pee and this is my school..so they let me in I went in and made the comment when I get rich I’mma still be normal and shop at Kmart…she laughed at told me she’s sure i’ll make it. Glad to see I’m well on my way and still the same.. Life is GOOD!!!

Thanks so much to Bang Em Smurf who I spoke to this morning on the Sonja Show. Our conversation sparked so much passion inside of me and I wanted to continue the discussion. He touched on the fact that alot of artists act like they are ballin when in fact they are still in the same financial tax bracket as you and me. It’s seems to me that the world we live in too many of us are not keeping it real. Well let me not say too many of us, as I am not a record company dangling the American Dream (which according to the industry is a mansion, Bentley benz or beamer, a man who has a wife and a girlfriend and a phat ass wit a teenie tiny waist) in front of un knowing artists getting signed to deals they didn’t bother to really look over. I wont bash the industry cause why? Why do that? Why bash the very industry I love workin in? I’m not an artist however I do sign contracts just like artists do and I too have learned thru what some call trial and error.
I say everything that Bang Em Smurf and Domination went thru lead them to this point. No longer is Bang Em Smurf under someone else’s control he is under his own control, can move in whatever direction he sees fit. In that aspect we are alike. I hav seen money around me I have gotten screwed over from a former way of looking at it. However with knowing what I now know it was all me. No matter the business you can’t run away from you. If you are the the type that has things always happening to them maybe you should do what I did and start looking for answers. I bet you will find them in some of the most craziest of places. Your Mind. I dont think you can bad mouth the very industry you wish to be a part of that doesn’t make sense from the vantage point that I have. The world itself you cant control mass amounts of people who have accepted a thought as fact and turned it into a belief, those minds can be changed as we see with the new president, But why try to change the minds of the masses unless it’s for the greater good not just for your own good. But really, people will say just about anything to get what they want doesn’t mean anything has changed.
I think if you want success in this industry you gotta keep looking at what you want. There is no way Beyonce or Jay Z, The Rolling Stones, MJ, or any other successful person such as Donald Trump made it to where they have without believing they could no matter what any one said. When your voice out shouts the world then success comes. But don’t lie to yourself saying your being positive when really inside your screaming where’s my shit??? How high are you aiming that dream of yours anyway? Hey I have been there too.. Be honest the one who may be holding you back isn’t the game or the world it may be you…
You might already be living your so called dream to find out that’s not the life you really want. Or if you adjust your thinking just a bit you might find you really are living your dreams you just want to make more money. Well let’s intend it together! youknowwhati’msayin??!!!
